We are confident that you will be contented with your order; however, we understand that there are occasions where you may wish to return items.
Due to health & hygiene reasons we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds on products that have already been opened or used. To be accepted as a return they must arrive with us in their original condition and untampered packaging.
You do not need to give us a reason as to why you are returning your order but by doing so, this helps us to improve our overall service.
Timelines for refund
Online Payment refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank.
Pre-Order Refund Policy
If you would like to Cancel the pre-ordered items, you do so up until the previous day of the order date. Any cancellations after this date will be non-refundable as we would have committed to deliver the products pre-ordered.
Damaged Or Faulty Item delivered
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty items, we will happily issue a replacement free of charge on receipt of the returned item. If you do not require a replacement of a damaged or faulty item, we will refund you the full cost of the item including delivery charge and cost of returning the item.
If you would like to replace your order with another product or quantity, you can do so by returning your order and re-order the correct product from our website.
